Trade-in Policy

Instruments and bows purchased from Claire Givens Violins are accepted in trade at 100% of the purchase price toward a better instrument, provided that the instrument has been properly maintained.

Instruments and bows not originally purchased at Givens Violins are given careful consideration by our staff for possible trade value. Maximum trade value for instruments not originally purchased from Givens Violins is one-half of the value of the instrument or bow being purchased.
