16-1/2″ Roman Teller, Erlangen 1992: Made in Erlangen, Germany, this 16-1/2” viola has great power. It wears a beautiful orange-brown varnish and a one piece back with fine stripes. The tone sings with great focus and clarity. A sweet and smooth sound spins from the viola at a piano dynamic and flourishes on the upper end. This would make an excellent viola for the advanced student.
