A Message to Our Customers:
The safety and well-being of our customers and staff are always our highest priority, and we are – and have been – taking action to ensure we are protecting our shop, customers and staff.
IN-STORE SAFETY / IN-STORE APPOINTMENT PROCEDURES:
— Health screening, including temperature check and short questionnaire required by all employees and customers.
— All employees and customers must use hand-sanitizer upon entry of the business.
— Limited number of customers in our shop to allow us to conform to the social distancing radius of 6 feet.
— All employees are required to wear masks.
— All instruments and bows picked up for trial purposes have been sanitized in our shop. All instruments and bows being dropped off by customers for repairs will be sanitized before pick-up.
— We have installed a new indoor air cleaning system called Global Plasma Solutions. This system is currently being used by the Mayo Clinic. Efficacy testing showed 99.4% of the virus was inactivated after 30 minutes.
Please do not plan a visit to Givens Violins if you answer YES to any of the following questions:
- Have you been tested for Covid-19 and are waiting for results?
- Has your school mandated quarantine for you or a family member?
- Have you had direct contact with someone with Covid-19?
- Do you have any symptoms related to Covid-19? Symptoms: Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, and New loss of taste or smell.
CURBSIDE DROP OFF and PICK-UP:
For your safety, we’ll be offering controlled curbside drop off and pick-up at our shop. All curbside drop off’s and pick up’s must be arranged ahead of time. Customers must wear face masks for the drop off and pick up service.
— Call Givens Violins at 612.375.0708 or email us at email@example.com to arrange a pick-up or drop-off of a repair.
— Provide your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, the items you are planning to drop off for repair and what repairs you are requesting. This will greatly speed up the drop-off of a repair as we will have your repair ticket filled out ahead of time.
— Once your repair is dropped-off, we will be in contact with you regarding a pick-up date and time. We will need payment over the phone before you pick up your repair. A copy of your paid in full invoice will be with your picked-up repair.
— We will contact you to arrange a pick up time. Please call 612.375.0708 upon arrival.
SHIP TO HOME:
We can help make arrangements to ship things to you. If you would like to have accessories shipped to you, a repair returned or would like to consider instruments or bows for trial, we are set up to ship to you. Please make arrangements by calling 612.375.0708 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
