Erich Werner is a German Master Luthier from Bubenreuth who began crafting his stylistically-mature and elegant instruments in the mid 1970s.  This beautiful viola displays his light varnishing technique, which echoes and enhances its warm, even, resonant and mellow voice. The response is quick, yet delicately nuanced, providing the advanced beginner and intermediate player a suitable instrument for ensemble or solo performance playing.
