Directions to Our Store
To Givens Violins:
- Building is located at the SE corner of Marquette Avenue and 12th Street
- Entrances on East and West side of the building
- Givens Violins is in Suite 150
Please note that due to the construction in and out of Downtown we would recommend that you still use your GPS even if you know how to get to our shop. The GPS will suggest that you to take another exit or street if need be.
Parking
The Plaza Ramp:
Entrance on 12th street east of Marquette or on 2nd Avenue after crossing 12th street.
Hilton Hotel Ramp:
Entrance on 11th Street between 2nd Avenue and Marquette Avenue.
We have a voucher system with the two ramps, the Plaza Ramp and Hilton Hotel Ramp, so bring your parking ticket with you to Givens Violins. Metered Parking is available along 12th street.
Directions
From the East:
Take I-94 west to Downtown Minneapolis
Take the 11th Street Exit
Continue 2 blocks to 2nd Avenue S.
Turn Left on 2nd Avenue
Parking ramp is on the right after crossing 12th street
From the West on I-94:
Take I-94 east to Lyndale Exit
Turn left on Hennepin passing the Basilica
Continue to 12th Street
Turn right on 12th street and continue to Marquette
Continue across Marquette for street or Plaza Ramp parking
From the West on I-394:
Take I-394 east to Downtown Minneapolis
Take the 12th Street exit
Continue 5 Blocks to Marquette
Continue across Marquette for street or Plaza Ramp Parking
From the North:
Take I-35W south to Downtown Minneapolis
Exit to the Right onto I-94 West (Do NOT exit onto 11th AVENUE)
Take the 11th Street Exit off of I-94 West
Continue 2 blocks to 2nd Avenue S.
Turn Left on 2nd Avenue S.
Parking Ramp is on the right after crossing 12th street
From the South:
Take I-35W north to Downtown Minneapolis
Continue in the Left three lanes to “Downtown Exits”
Take the 11th Street Exit, which bends to the left
Continue 2 blocks to 2nd Avenue S.
Turn Left on 2nd Avenue S.
Parking Ramp is on the right after crossing 12th street
