The Makers:

This cello was built by Antonio Ramirez in Michael D. Goronok’s workshop.

Appearance:

Varnished in light orange-brown, it was made of wide grained spruce top and narrow, faint flamed maple back.

Sound & Feel:

The cello offers a smooth and reliable response across all strings. Its lower register delivers a warm, resonant tone with good depth and presence, while the upper strings sing with a pleasing clarity and sweetness.
