The Makers:

The Calin Wultur workshop was established in 1996 by head luthier Calin Wultur in Reghin, Romania. They are known for its high standards of their workmanship and tone.

Appearance:

The Wultur cello is marked with an almond-brown finish with beautiful deep wide grain in the wood.

Sound & Feel:

What is immediately apparent is the broad core sound this cello can produce. Brimming with a full and smooth yet layered depth, the Wultur cello will surprise anyone with an eager tonal soundscape-a robust textured quality that is quite unique. Producing manageable albeit powerful projection, the lower strings exude a hearty chocolatey color, balanced nicely with the refreshingly bright and sweeter upper strings.
