The Makers:
Amber Strings Workshop traces its roots to a family tradition of violin making that began in Beijing during the 1980s. Combining generations of craftsmanship with modern production techniques, the workshop has earned a reputation for producing well-crafted violins, violas, cellos, and basses for students and advancing musicians.
Appearance:
This cello has a beautifully antiqued dark orange-brown varnish over medium grained spruce top and narrow flamed maple back.

Its tone is warm and complex with openness and ring with an easy response.
