The Maker:
Maestro Alceste Bulfari is a master violin maker from Cremona, Italy. He taught at the Violin Making School from 1976 to 1979 after which he opened a workshop in Castelleone, Cremona.
Sound & Feel:
This violin, made in 1994, has an open sound that sings with ease. Its tone is rich and deep. It would be a wonderful fit for the advanced student looking for their first professional instrument with a dark and smooth sound.
