The Makers:

Marco Jian (b. 1983) hails from the Yulan, Guangxi Province.  His enthusiasm and curiosity for stringed instruments led him to become a violin luthier after extensive study with brilliant violin makers in China.    His career has expanded abroad and Jian works with master luthiers worldwide.

Appearance:

For this violin, maker Marco Jian selected Stradivari 1715 as its model, and it’s pleasing to the eye as well with its medium light brown varnish.

Sound & Feel:

It has a stunning, expressive, and powerful sound.  The violin speaks with clarity on each string and the comfortable neck will allow the fingers to dance across the strings.
