For three generations, the Alfred Knoll workshop has earned an outstanding reputation for crafting exceptional bows across a wide range of price points. Founded in 1932 by Alfred Knoll (1909–1980), the workshop has been carried on by his son, Hartmut Knoll, and today by his grandson, Gerald Knoll, who assumed leadership in 2003. The Knoll workshop carefully selects premium brazilwood and Pernambuco to create bows renowned for their craftsmanship, playability, and reliability. Every bow is meticulously inspected before leaving the workshop, reflecting the family’s enduring commitment to quality and tradition.
